It’s a wrap! The pre-study of BECCS at Igelsta is now published and available on www.energimyndigheten.se.
Biorecro and partner Söderenergi showed that the potential for negative emissions at the Igelsta plant could be as much as 800 000 tons per year. The study also showed that building BECCS at this site is crucial for the possibilities to reach Swedish climate target for 2030.
